The studio apartment is located on the lower ground level and accommodates two people.

It comprises a living/sleeping area with double bed and a separate kitchen. The living/sleeping area has an audio-visual system including DVD player and TV with choice of satellite, cable and freeview channels. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including washing machine/dryer.
